The IncludeME project, part of the Erasmus+ KA2 Cooperation partnership in the field of youth, aims to equip youth workers with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to effectively support young newly arrived refugees and migrants, particularly those with limited formal education and opportunities for socioeconomic independence.
By focusing on training youth workers from various organizations, the project seeks to ensure the educational, social, cultural, and economic inclusion of these young migrants and refugees in their new home country.
Additionally, IncludeME aims to develop tools and resources specifically designed for young refugees and migrants with low or interrupted education, supporting their integration into society and enhancing their chances for a secure and inclusive future.
